Snowmass Defiance is one of only a few outside males we have found worthy of incorporation into the Accoyo America white breeding program. His genetics combine the lasting fineness found in the Hemingway and Legacy lines with the low medullation for which the Elite line is particularly well known. His merino-style fleece is maintaining impeccable fineness, uniformity, and high curvature as he enters middle age, and he carries it on a strong frame with impressive substance of bone. We love his headstyle also. While we will use Defiance to diversify the bloodlines in our white breeding program, it is worth noting that he has produced color also, just like his well-known sire Elite Legend.
